2 x Teacher - Full-time, Permanent – Pay Range M1 – M6

 

We have two opportunities for September 2024 in our ‘happy, friendly and welcoming school’. The posts are permanent.

 

At St. Cuthbert’s Catholic Primary School we have high aspirations for all our children and work hard to help them improve – but we only focus our efforts on things that actually make a difference to good teaching and learning. We believe it is our privilege to serve our local community, and we do that best by providing an excellent, well-rounded education to all our children.

 

We are ideally looking for candidates with experience in all Key Stages, however we will be flexible for the right candidates. The successful candidates will help us serve our families by offering memorable learning opportunities, developing strong relationships with families, engaging with the local community, and contributing to the wider life of the school.

 

You will be joining an ever growing, nurture focused Catholic school with an inclusive ethos, working hard to provide an outstanding education for all. Our community includes pupils and staff from a range of different multicultural backgrounds – all are equally welcome. We work together to form children who are compassionate, respectful, tolerant and collaborative, as well as academically successful. 

 

What are we looking for in you?  Whether you’re an ECT or an experienced teacher, to be successful you need to be a teacher who is dedicated to supporting our whole school team and be knowledgeable about primary teaching.  You will possess the ability to teach consistently at an excellent level. If you’re an experienced teacher, we will ask you to lead a curriculum area.  

 

We are looking for teachers who:

  • Have experience of teaching in EYFS, or can show a successful track record of teaching in other key stages
  • Demonstrate optimism about children and expects the highest possible standards
  • Nurture pupils’ emotional wellbeing and develops social skills

Whilst is anticipated the successful candidate will have QTS, other relevant qualifications (for example EYTS or EYPS) will be considered.

St. Cuthbert’s Catholic Primary School is a part of the Mater-Christi Multi Academy Trust.  Successful candidates will be employees of the Mater-Christi MAT.
