Complaints
As a school, it is important to us that we work in partnership with both families connected with the school and the wider community. Therefore anybody, including members of the wider public, can make a complaint. We take all complaints seriously and take on board your feedback to help us improve our practice. We like to know when things are going well, but we also want you to tell us about any worries or concerns as soon as possible. It is much easier for us to resolve a recent problem than something that happened some time ago.
If you have an ongoing concern or would like to make a complaint, then do please contact the school as soon as possible to discuss with the Head of School, where we will try to resolve your concern as soon as possible.
