Leaders and reward system

School Council

Our school councillors are elected in at the start of a term and they will be responsible for changes in and around the school for that term. They meet once a month to discuss any issues arising, to make plans for our school e.g. fundraising, events etc... and share information on behalf of their peers. 

Year 6 Leaders

Every child in Year 6 has a leadership responsibility. Some responsibilities are on a rotational basis and others are for the full academic year.

The roles are as follows:

Class Dojo 

This year we’ll be encouraging positive skills, like perseverance and teamwork, with ClassDojo. We’ll also rely on it to communicate with one another: instantly sharing messages, updates, events, and photos from class. It’s simple, secure, and gives parents/ carers a window into their child's school day!

Class Dojo will be used for children in Year 1- 6 and Reception and Nursery children will have updates via Tapestry.
